This foundational fitness class incorporates speed and agility courses, obstacle courses, and skills. This class introduces handstands, cartwheels, bridges, vaulting and so much more. Your athlete will also practice running, dodging, skipping, jumping along with other footwork movements.
Athletes will work with instructors to gain more flexibility, balance, and coordination through fun and diverse courses set week to week. Coaches will challenge each child’s abilities and help push them to their limits all while having fun at the same time.
This class will prepare the athlete to move up to our Ninja 2 class or our Tumble 2 class. This class provides the safety and fundamentals for more advanced skills.
